Today, she teaches workshops, develops digital resources, and shares her intricate bread artistry with a global audience.
Her work has been featured on Good Morning America, highlighting how she uses sourdough to foster creativity and connection, particularly for new mothers. Through her engaging workshops—both in-person and virtual—Katrina empowers bakers of all levels to master fermentation and artistic scoring techniques.
